I wrote an article earlier this year about children who are having paranormal experiences and the traumatic effect it can have on both parents and Children (Parents and children experiencing unexplained phenomena). Since then I have reflected upon many of my own experiences and the fear I felt as one of those children. I have also had discussions with quite a few people; I have been talking both to psychologists and priests. One particular priest and child psychologist are very interested in working with me to offer some kind of guidance, so we have decided that on the 28th of October we will have a lecture for parents of those children. During this evening I will be talking about my experiences as a child and as a medium. After I have offered my insights the child psychologist will come in and offer her perspective. The priest in question has yet to verify if she can attend on that day, but we do hope it will work out.
As yet we have no answers on how to solve this particular dilemma that children find themselves in, but in giving this lecture we hope it will open doors and show us how we can continue working with this. All three of us feel that this cry for help can no longer be ignored. Our hope is that we can begin to find some kind of solution where we can interact, have an open dialogue and work together with the parents. Furthermore, this problem has also been given a lot of attention both in the UK and the USA. Should you be interested to help your child and get the help you need as a parent we invite you to attend that lecture.
As an afterthought, since my last posting about this topic it has become very obvious that this problem has now reached epidemic proportions and can no longer be ignored. Many have asked questions and said to me: “I feel so alone” or “I do not know which way to turn.” I feel it is high time that we listen to the children in order to give them the help and the balance that they so badly need. As I have mentioned earlier there are no immediate answers. What the tree of us seek is freedom for these children and the parents so that they can find peace of mind. Perhaps we can also find clearer answers as to why this is actually happening and discover its’ purpose.
Some may laugh at us and some may ridicule us, but no one can take away the memory of the uncertainty and the confusion those experiences left me with.
So if you are a parent of these children and you can make it to Fanthyttan on the 28 of October, we look forward to meeting you. Check out my website for further information.
